Booking Conditions
This is a summary of our booking conditions, a
full copy will be given to you when we first meet to agree the timetable
for your trip.
Your Booking
The signed booking form must be accompanied
by the deposit. Upon receipt of these items we will issue interim and
final invoices which must be paid in full by the due dates, or at the
time of booking if within eight weeks.
Amendments by you
If, after the despatch of written confirmation
of your booking, you wish to change any of the arrangements made, we will
do our best to accommodate your wishes. A change of date of booking made
within eight weeks of departure may be treated as a cancellation of your
booking and the appropriate charges will apply.
Cancellations by you
All cancellations must be made in writing
by the person who signed the booking form, by recorded delivery,
registered post or fax, to us and shall take effect upon the date
of receipt of this notification by us.
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your trip, you will be charged
in accordance with the following scale:
Outside 56 days of start date: Loss of deposit
Between 56 days - 42 days: 30% charge
Between 41days - 28 days: 40% charge
Between 27 days - 14 days: 50% charge
Between 13 days - 7 days: 70% charge
Between 6 days and start date: 100% charge
Cancellation charges are based on total trip costs. Cancellation charges
are sometimes reclaimable on your insurance policy.
Mill Occupancy
The Mill is reserved only for the delegates and
trainers named on the booking form. Extra people are only allowed with
our permission.

Payments
Please send a cheque for 25% of the total
booking price to the address on the Contact
MMDV page. We will send you a reminder of when the balancing
payments are required. Please make all cheques payable to D Smith.
Complaints
Should you have a problem on your trip, it
is a condition of booking with us that you must report it to the
owner as soon as possible.
It is not acceptable to make a serious complaint
after you return when we were not previously clearly aware of the
severity of your concerns.
Please note we cannot offer compensation resulting
from acts of theft.
All complaints must be confirmed to us in writing in
the UK within 14 days of your return.
Safety
We have made every effort to alert you that the
pool is for SWIMMING ONLY and therefore 'diving in' is strictly
forbidden. Despite our efforts and advice given it is ultimately your
responsibility for the care and safety of the members of your group.

within our correspondence has been compiled from up-to-date details
and we have taken great care to ensure it's accuracy. There may
however be times when an advertised facility is either modified
or not available, as such the information contained does not form
part of our contract with you. MMDV also reserves the right
to change such information at it's discretion and cannot be held
liable for any omissions or errors contained.
